The Consumer Business Unit aims to contribute in enabling each consumer to build his/her own individual lifestyle, by offering products such as fashion goods, functional products and materials, and lifestyle goods and accessories, and is further willing to expand its product range into such categories as food, aesthetics, beauty and fitness amongst others.

The Unit views the fashion brand management business as a strategic core, and defines the brand as a strong communication vehicle to connect the supply-side and the consumer. It aims to provide leverage to the value of the brand by offering both the knowledge of and operational experience in licensing and product sourcing, which has been established through its affluent experience in a wide range of businesses ranging from apparel and accessories to interior goods and furnishings, materials and fabrics.

Its new task is to establish a strong market position within new product areas such as food, beauty, fitness etc.
