The Foodstuff and Retail Division focuses on providing professional services in upstream commodities such as sugar, cocoa, grain, oilseeds, vegetable oils, dairy products, malting barley, feedstuffs, tomato products and downstream services nearer to the consumer by providing products that range from canned foods, food ingredients, finished food products and also sushi through its subsidiary the MCM Group.
Our strength in upstream commodities is made possible through our global network of offices throughout the world for sourcing and marketing. By managing the supply chain, integrating sourcing, pricing(future market) and arranging transportation to destinations, we can satisfy the ever changing needs of the customer in the global community. While we supply food materials for the food market, recently we are supplying raw materials for the energy market for the increasing need in biomass usage.
Our downstream activities are concentrated in The MCM Group which headquarters in Holland with operations in the UK, Poland and the Ukraine. They cover the market from Western Europe to the Middle East for canned foods and food ingredients. In the UK, Taiko Foods, Ichiban have proven to become a most successful supplier of take away sushi and work with almost all major supermarkets and food service in the UK. Both companies of which are wholly owned subsidiaries of the MCM group.

With strengths in both upstream and downstream market areas, we continue to look at growing markets and finding suppliers and customers as partners for long term relationships to expand business for mutual prosperity.
